Tuition Tracker offers a flexible approach to managing tuition payments, allowing educators to establish "packages" that do not necessarily align with the start of a calendar month. This provides greater flexibility for both students and teachers in scheduling and fee management.

The system efficiently monitors student activity by automatically updating class credits based on class attendance and payments. Each time a student attends a class, a credit is deducted from their account, while successful payments increase their credit balance accordingly.

Payments are organized into predefined types, enabling educators to swiftly process transactions—for example, recording a payment of four credits for a set fee repeatedly without manual entry each time.

Within the system, classes are associated with specific dates and are grouped under particular courses, facilitating detailed tracking of student progress and scheduling.

Additionally, Tuition Tracker allows for the creation of student groups, simplifying the process of enrolling multiple students into classes and managing their attendance collectively.
